If I Don't, Who Will?

The longer I foster (and I haven’t been doing it that long compared to most people in animal rescue) the more I hear the question(s), “How do you do it?” “Don’t you get attached?” The short answer to those questions are, “Because if I don’t, who will?” and “Yes, absolutely. 100%” I think I’ve negotiated with myself into how I could keep every foster that comes through my house. Amber Is The Color Of Her Energy

Meet Amber.  Amber was actually adopted from Priceless Pets.  She ended up getting a case of mange and the owner decided that he did not want her anymore.  Instead of contacting Priceless Pets, he ended up dumping her at the pound instead.  Just know that Priceless Pets will ALWAYS take their dogs back! So for now, Amber will stay here until she is healthy and then we will find her a home.  I haven’t gotten to know her yet but so far she’s super sweet and very low key, especially for a......
